Pre-Order Policy

What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock but are available for advance purchase. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your item before it becomes available.

Payment & Price Guarantee

Pre-orders require full payment at the time of purchase. Your credit card will be charged immediately when you place your order. The price you pay at checkout is the price you pay, you will never be charged more, even if prices increase before your item ships.

Shipping Timeline

Pre-order items are expected to ship in Fall 2026. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Please note that shipping dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer and may be subject to change.

Order Confirmation

After placing your pre-order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Items will appear in your order history with a "Pre-Order" designation.

Modifications & Cancellations

You may modify your pre-order at any time before it ships. This includes adding items or exchanging for different pieces. You may also cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before shipment. Once your order has shipped, our standard return policy applies. To modify or cancel a pre-order, please email us at info@vintagevillages.ca with your order number.

Combining Orders

Pre-order items will ship separately from in-stock items. If you order both pre-order and in-stock products, your in-stock items will ship immediately while pre-order items will ship when available.

Item Availability

In the rare event that a manufacturer discontinues or is unable to produce a pre-ordered item, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for that item.
